By accessing or using the website at minneapolismade.com, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use this website.

Services

Minneapolis Made provides web design, WordPress development, search engine optimization, digital marketing, e-commerce, managed hosting, and visual design services. All services are provided by Christopher Merry unless otherwise stated.

Specific deliverables, timelines, pricing, and scope of work for any engagement are defined in a separate written proposal or contract between Minneapolis Made and the client. These terms govern use of the website, not the terms of any service engagement.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, design, graphics, logos, code, and layout, is the property of Minneapolis Made and is protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without written permission.

Client work displayed in portfolios or case studies remains the intellectual property of the respective clients and is shown with permission.

Use of This Website

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe on the rights of others. You may not:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of this website or its servers
• Use the contact form to send spam, phishing attempts, or unsolicited commercial messages
• Scrape, crawl, or harvest content from this website for commercial purposes without permission
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the website

Contact Form Submissions

By submitting information through our contact form, you consent to being contacted by Minneapolis Made regarding your inquiry. Your information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

SMS / Text Messaging Terms

Minneapolis Made uses Twilio to send SMS (text) messages to people who have given us their mobile phone number through our contact form or in the course of a project engagement. By providing your mobile phone number to Minneapolis Made, you agree to the following terms.

Program description. Minneapolis Made sends transactional and conversational SMS messages related to your inquiry or active project, including appointment confirmations, project status updates, replies to questions you've sent us, and occasional follow-ups about work in progress. This is not a marketing or promotional SMS program.

Consent. Submitting your mobile phone number to Minneapolis Made constitutes your express consent to receive SMS messages at that number from Minneapolis Made, including messages sent using an automatic telephone dialing system. Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of any purchase or service. You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian, to provide your number and consent to receive messages.

Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on your project activity and how often we need to reach you. You may receive multiple messages per week during an active engagement and few or no messages outside of active work.

Message and data rates. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Minneapolis Made is not responsible for any carrier charges incurred by you in connection with SMS messages.

Opt out (STOP). You can cancel SMS messages from Minneapolis Made at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you reply STOP, we will send one confirmation message and then stop sending you SMS messages. If you want to opt back in, you may text us again or contact us at hello@minneapolismade.com.

Help (HELP). For help, reply HELP to any message, email hello@minneapolismade.com, or call (612) 868-9079.

Supported carriers. Supported carriers include AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Boost, U.S. Cellular, MetroPCS, and other major U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Service availability may vary by carrier and region.

Privacy. Mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in information collected by Minneapolis Made are never sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Phone numbers are only disclosed to our SMS service provider (Twilio) for the sole purpose of delivering the messages you have requested. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

Accuracy of Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure the information on this website is accurate and up to date. However, we do not warrant that all content is error-free, complete, or current. Pricing, service descriptions, and availability are subject to change without notice.

Third-Party Links

This website may contain links to third-party websites (such as LinkedIn, Facebook, or client websites). Minneapolis Made is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of these external sites.

Limitation of Liability

Minneapolis Made and Christopher Merry shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website. This website is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Minnesota. Any disputes arising from these terms or use of this website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hennepin County, Minnesota.
